Refund Policy

When fees are non-refundable

Challenge fees are non-refundable once MetaTrader credentials have been issued by email or in the dashboard. Starting to trade, or receiving login details, counts as delivery of the evaluation service.

When a refund is available

If an account is not provisioned within 14 days of a successful payment, you may request a full refund of that challenge fee. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account closure. Contact support first so we can resolve billing issues without a dispute.
