Account data (name, email), KYC documents when you request a payout, payment records, device and IP data needed for security, and simulated trading activity on your evaluation account.

2. Why we process it

To run your challenge, prevent fraud, complete payouts, meet AML/KYC obligations, and — only with consent — send marketing. Legal bases include contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests, and consent.

3. Sharing

We share data with payment processors, KYC vendors, email providers, and infrastructure hosts only as needed to operate the service. We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention

KYC and payout records are retained as required by applicable law (typically at least five years after account closure). Other account data is kept while the account is active and for a limited period after.

5. Your rights
